Mark brings 25 years of experience to the table. He heads up each project, and puts the right talent in place. Before creating GT+T, he had honed his agency talents at TBWA\CHIAT\DAY, Goodby Silverstein and Partners, and BBH/NYC. As a writer, he's garnered awards both nationally and internationally, including the Grand Effie in 2001 and BBDO's first-ever Emmy award for HBO. As a creative director, he has overseen work on British Airways, Verizon, Intel, and Mercedez-Benz. And as a founder, he looks to apply everything he's learned along the way to whatever he can. He lives in lower Manhattan, and in the "off time" enjoys golf (currently a single digit), cooking, and writing about himself in the third person.

Ted worked as a brand strategist and consumer insight expert at New York-based communications companies like Ammirati & Puris, kirshenbaum & bond, merkley + partners, DDB and Naked Communications. Over almost two decades he’s worked on more than 50 brands, such as BMW, Holiday Inn, Nike, Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, and Warner Bros., across a wide range of product categories, including automotive, health and wellness, financial services, public interest, sports and entertainment. With Ted's insights, GT+T won assignments from Argosy University to create work for their various campuses.
SARAH TANSEY CASEY .ART | DESIGN
Sarah has worked at some of the most successful agencies in NYC and LA. As an art director at Deutsch, she worked on the quirky campaign for Tanqueray Gin featuring "Mr. Jenkins" which catapulted the brand and character into pop culture. As both art director and designer, she and Kim (next up) worked on campaigns for Argosy University for GT+T. At one point, she spent 5 years in the Boston area working on her Northeast accent.
KIM WRIGHT .ART | DESIGN
After graduating from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena Kim went on to work as an art director at Cole Hederson/ Atlanta where she worked on Ritz-Carlton while also teaching advertising courses at The Creative Circus before heading west to Saatchi in LA working on Toyota. She has won both National and International awards and frequently guest lectures to advertising majors at various colleges. She currently lives in the Hollywood Hills with her husband and their two teenaged daughters.

Originally hailing from Down Under, Christian moved to NYC and immediately began cultivating a keen mind in the social and digital worlds. Working on Verizon, he managed both digital and social efforts on large scale campaigns as well as targeted efforts. While both at McgarryBowen, he worked closely with Mark on launching NFL Mobile, Indycar Mobile, and NHL Mobile campaigns as well on Argosy University. He currently lives in NYC and consumes Vegemite on a daily basis.
