DISNEY MOBILE MAGIC
Disneyland is the 2nd most visited theme park in the world, surpassed only by Magic Kingdom. 18.2 million visitors a year. Verizon entered a partnership with Disney Parks to produce and promote a mobile app that helped families find their way around the legendary, jam packed theme park.
A TV campaign was produced for the branded "Disney Mobile Magic app, that was shot at Disneyland.
Worked closely with The Walt Disney Company Brand Guidelines to ensure the characters and the park itself were accurately represented. A thorough understanding of the brand and how the Parks and Resorts division were separate but equal was quite an eye opening and interesting experience (the actors themselves had to go to a Disney Character training school).
In the resort /theme park category, Disney Parks is one of the most adherent to really knowing their customer base, treating them special, and delivering on a magical experience they'll never forget.
